What Make Roncesvalles Great?
Roncesvalles is mainly residential, with a commercial strip predominantly made up of small businesses, churches and institutions which gives it a small-town community feel. “Roncy” is known for its European ambience, and culturally the area known as Toronto’s Polish Village, which hosts the largest Polish Festival in North America, every September.
This neighbourhood is popular with families who appreciate the location and convenience while retaining easy access to Downtown Toronto.
The close proximity to 400 acres of High Park (a recreational and natural park with sporting facilities, even a small zoo!) to the west, Toronto waterfront bicycle and walking trails, easy access to Lake Ontario and public transit, all the shops and restaurants make Roncesvalles a popular choice.
